For the last three Friday’s we have been part of the ‘Code in Action’ group and have been learning to use Python
I learnt how to……
One example of a Python code line is the image below this sentence it is a monkey at the beach. you may notice that it is flying above the beach but it is very small and hard to read but it was very easy. but python is just written words to make actions but sometimes there are and are not quotation marks. there are also no capital letters. but there is speech and a lot of characters to choose from. this is also the final post of this term.

Today we were learning about factors, which are not my strongest skill for math but I found out they are quite easy so factors are just numbers multiply together to make a answer like for instance the factors of 8 are 1 and 8 and 2 and 4
so they are really easy when you know the way of them
next week we are learning prime numbers.

Cats and dogs are very cute because they cuddle up against you when you feel sad or disappointed.They are great company for you, my cat meows a lot when he comes inside for treats. Cats are great to stroke same with dogs but cats don’t lick you as much as dogs.
Firstly, Cats are furry and very soft to the touch, they can purr very loudly sometimes like one of my two cats. Cats also are nice and warm and sometimes they sleep on your bed.
Secondly, Dogs can poop a lot but they very loyal unlike my dog. They will lick you a lot to show affection.
Thirdly, Cats and dogs are very good to lie down near them they keep you warm and they are very good company. Dogs will lick you to show you that they care for you, cats also do this but is much rarer to happen they are more likely to rub their head on your legs. But my cat bites my leg sometimes when he wants food.
After I wrote this I came to conclude that … cats and dogs both cancel each other out because they both have very good reasons to be pets and I have both of these animals. The end.
Hello everyone this is my first blog post of 2024. I am super pumped to be here.
Sailing trip

On Tuesday me and nineteen other people went to Akaroa and departed the wharf on the Fox II. We were out on the water for a few hours and did a few things like steering and putting up the sails. The trip there was around a hour and a half the journey back was around one hour and forty minutes long. We had morning tea once we got there and got assigned into groups I was group four then we got prepared and boarded the boat. Out on the water we had to get to a specific depth in the water we turned off the engine and put the sails it was medium speed then it started tilting and everyone thought it was them so they went to the other side but is was just the wind and I stayed put. Then the captain put on some songs and my leg was right on the speaker so I felt the music on the skin. There were a few dolphins and since I am short I sadly could not see them which I am disappointed about. But I might see a few different dolphins this weekend Because I will be on a short holiday in Kaikoura.
Today I did a 100 question times table sheet I got 100% in 7 minutes and 5 seconds .
I need to work on my nine times tables but all the other ones are really good.
